Keating, AI / <br />Community Development Dirt(ofo <br />THROUGH: Sasan Rohani, AICP Si/7- <br />Chief, Long -Range Planning <br />FROM: Randy Deshazo; Planner, Long -Range Planning <br />DATE: June 27, 2002 <br />RE• County Initiated Request to Rezone all RM -3 and RM -4 zoned Properties in <br />the Unincorporated area of the North Barrier Island north of CR 510 to RS - <br />3 or RS -6 (RZON 2001-02-0097) [FINAL HEARING] <br />It is requested that the following infozntation be given formal consideration by the Board of <br />County Commissioners at its regular meeting of July 9, 2002. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />This is a county initiated request to rezone approximately 120 acres of residential property in the <br />unincorporated area of the North Barrier Island from Multiple -Family Residential districts (RIM - <br />3 and RM -4) to Single -Family Residential districts (RS -3 and RS -6 respectively). Of these 120 <br />acres approximately 115 acres, consisting of 62 lots are zoned RM -3, while the remaining five <br />acres consisting of three lots, are zoned RM -4. <br />July 9, 2002 <br />25 <br />
