• <br />Chairman Stanbridge noted that the Grand Harbor folks have been working with our <br />engineers concerning the North Relief Canal area and that it is all beginning to dovetail. She <br />then opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this matter. <br />Barbara Hall, an attorney with Greenberg Traurig, appeared on behalf of the <br />developer. She specified that the developer is prepared to address any changes that might <br />be required at the Indian River Boulevard /53rd Street intersection. She requested the Board <br />to approve the project. <br />It was determined that no one else wished to be heard and the Chairman closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2002-059 amending the Development Order <br />(D.O.)
