Last years expenditures totaled $80,500.00. The new year bid prices for line items # 1 and # 2 reflects a 0% increase and line item # 3 reflects a 9% increase and line item # 4 reflects an 8% increase against the 1999 prices of Bid # 2015. The projected expenditures for 2002 are $79,500.00. • Authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods subject to satisfactory performance, zero cost increase, vendor acceptance and the determination that renewal of this annual contract is in the best interest of the County.
