McCoy, AICP ‘W k <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: August 12, 2002 <br />SUBJECT: Graves Brothers, Inc.'s Request for Abandonment of the Portion of 84`h Place <br />Lying Between Old Dixie Highway and U.S. 1 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of August 20, 2002. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Graves Brothers, Inc. has submitted a petition to abandon the segment of 84`h Place that lies between <br />U.S. 1 and Old Dixie Highway. The right-of-way is a "dirt road" and is located between Block 2 and <br />Block 3 of the Graves Addition subdivision. The subject right-of-way is generally rectangular in <br />shape, measuring 70' x 320' and is used for access to the lots that front the dirt road.
