ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2003-081 amending Resolution 2003-080 <br />which authorized the not to exceed $7,500,000 Indian River <br />County, Florida Recreational Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series <br />2003, and awarded the sale thereof to William R. Hough & Co.: <br />providing certain other matters in connection therewith; and <br />providing an effective date. (Removes redemption date to allow <br />flexibility due to market fluctuations.) <br />7.G. Excess Eauipment Declared Surolusvfor Sale or Disposal <br />Vice Chairman Ginn inquired about all the computer equipment on the list, and <br />General Services Director Tom Frame explained that while the equipment is are operational, <br />the technology out dated. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously declared the <br />listed items surplus and authorized their sale and/or proper <br />disposal; authorized that the excess equipment be picked up and <br />delivered to the auction that will be held on August 23, 2003, <br />at the Indian River County Sheriffs Office, as recommended <br />in the memorandum. <br />August 5, 2003 <br />5 <br />
