• <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Adams, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Ordinance 2002-025 <br />regarding amendments of certain concurrency <br />management requirements, amending Land <br />Development Regulations (LDRs); Chapter 910, <br />Concurrency Management System; and providing <br />for repeal of conflicting provisions, codification, <br />severability and effective date. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002- 025 <br />• <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REGARDING <br />AMENDMENTS OF CERTAIN CONCURRENCY MANAGEMENT <br />REQUIREMENTS, AMENDING LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS <br />(LDRS): CHAPTER 910 CONCURRENCY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. AND <br />PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICI]NG PROVISIONS, CODIFICATION, <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT THF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (LDRS) BE AMENDED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1.
