• • <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 2002-049 formally <br />accepting a portion of 36th Court (north of I st Street <br />SW) and the easements shown on the Plat of Bobbi <br />"J" Subdivision for utility purposes only (Project <br />UCP -2060). <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 049 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, FORMALLY <br />ACCEPTING A PORTION OF 36Th COURT (NORTH OF FIRST <br />STREET, SW) AND THE EASEMENTS SHOWN ON THE PLAT <br />OF BOBBI "J" SUBDIVISION FOR UTILITY PURPOSES <br />ONLY. <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for Indian River County to expand <br />County's water system to serve properties in the area of Bobbi <br />Subdivision, 36`h Court, north of First Street, SW; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this, it is necessary for the County <br />to formally accept a portion of 36th Court, north of First Street, SW, <br />and the easements depicted on the plat of Bobbi "J" Subdivision for <br />utility purposes only, as offered by the owners and developers of <br />Bobbi "J" Subdivision in the Certificate of Dedication shown on the <br />plat recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 9, of the public records of Indian <br />River County, Florida; <br />the <br />" T„ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of <br />County Commissioners hereby formally accepts for utility purposes <br />only, a portion of 36th Court, north of First Street, SW, and the <br />easements in Bobbi "J" Subdivision in Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Ginn and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Tippi n and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />AUGUST 6, 2002 <br />Chairman Ruth M.
