s <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Macht, the Board, <br />by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Adams absent) <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 2001-073 <br />authorizing the negotiated sale of not to exceed <br />$18,000,000 Indian River County, Florida, Revenue <br />Bonds (Spring Training Facility), Series 2001, <br />awarding the sale thereof subject to the terms and <br />conditions of a bond purchase contract; delegating <br />authority to award the sale of the bonds to the <br />Chairman or Vice Chairman; authorizing the <br />distribution of preliminary and official statements in <br />connection with the delivery of the bonds <br />authorizing the execution of the continuing <br />disclosure agreement; providing for certain other <br />matters in connection therewith; and providing an <br />effective date.
