HOTCHKISS, P E 7,/} <br />AND STAFFED INTERIM CAPITAL PROJECTS MANAGER <br />BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR CENTURY 21 OFFICE <br />WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION <br />BACKGROUND <br />Mr. Richard 1-iibler is constructing a Century 21 Real Estate Office at the southeast corner of Laconia <br />Street and CR 512, in Sebastian. In order to service the complex, a 6" diameter water main is <br />proposed to be constructed from an existing 6" water main located along a rear alleyway east of the <br />project to the northwest corner of the project (see Exhibit "C" of attached developer's agreement). <br />The water main will further be extended south along Laconia Street to an existing 12" water main <br />located at the intersection of Landsdowne Drive. The proposed water main construction will <br />complete the loop of three separate water main laterals, plus provide water service and fire protection <br />to eight vacant parcels east of the Century 21 property. <br />Attached is a proposed developer's agreement with Mr. Hibler for reimbursement of a portion of the <br />subject water main. The Developer's Agreement is stipulated to reimburse the Developer for the <br />County's share of the water main upon acceptance by and dedication to the County (SC — 1 A and <br />IB. of attached agreement). <br />AUGUST 7, 2001 <br />61<119°G 126 <br />
