On January 23, 2001, the Board <br />of County Commissioners approved the Award of bid to J & H Waterstop Inc. \ Roe <br />Construction, Inc. \ AN, to rehabilitate the following lift stations: <br />Descri , tion <br />1 • Indian River A.arttnents Lift Station # 90 <br />2. Gardenia Gardens Lift Station <br />Cost <br />$ 16.600.00 <br />S 20,950.00 <br />I $ 19,400.00 <br />$ 17,690.00 <br />TOTAL $ 74,640.00 <br />Attached is a proposed agreement setting forth the conditions and scope of services to be <br />provided. <br />ANA- <br />--_IS: <br />The Staff of the Department of Utility Services has requested J & H Waterstop, Inc. \ Roe <br />Construction, Inc. 1 AN, to provide two (2) supplemental proposals for additional work: <br />1. Additional lift station wet -well piping upgrades of the four lift stations from <br />cast-iron piping, to non -corroding high-density polyethylene (HDPE) piping. <br />($15,831.00). <br />2. Rehabilitation of four (4) Landfill Leachate Manholes. <br />The additional wet well piping upgrades will provide the four lift <br />life -cycle.
