Radke; Senior Planner, Current Development <br />July 27, 2001 <br />Oak Harbor Villa Community, Inc.'s Request for Final Plat Approval for St. <br />Elizabeth's Island - Oak Harbor Plat #7 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of August 7, 2001. • <br />HFSCRIPTION & CONDITIONS: <br />St. Elizabeth's Island is a 20 lot subdivision of a 4.93 acre parcel. The subject property is part of the <br />overall Oak Harbor conceptual PD plan and is consistent with that plan. The subject site is located <br />in the southern portion of the overall Oak Harbor development. The subject site is zoned RM -6 and <br />has an M-1 land use designation. <br />On August 24, 2000, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat approval for <br />St. Elizabeth s Island (Oak Harbor Plat #7). The applicant has subsequently obtained a land <br />development permit and commenced construction of the project. The applicant is proposing to <br />bond -out" for required improvements as allowed by the land development regulations (LDRs). The <br />applicant is now requesting final plat approval and has submitted the following: <br />1. A final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary PD plan/plat, and <br />2. An Engineers Certified Cost Estimate for the remaining required improvements, and <br />3. A completed Contract for Construction of remaining required improvements. <br />4NAI YSTS• <br />Most but not all of the required subdivision improvements have been completed.
