• <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County has been petitioned by Joan Koemer. owner of three lots on Island Drive in St. <br />Christopher Harbor Subdivsion for release of rear yard drainage and utility easements. The <br />easement release relates to a utility relocation agreement that has been executed b> the landowner <br />and utility provider(s) (see attached). <br />ALTERNATIVES ANT) ANALYSIS <br />The request has been reviewed by Bell South Communications; Florida Power & Light Corporation: <br />T C.I. Cable Corporation; the Indian River County Utilities Department; the County Road & Bridge <br />and Engineering Divisions; and the County surveyor. None of the utility providers or reviewing <br />agencies expressed an objection to the requested release of easement. Therefore. it is staffs <br />position that the requested easement release would have no adverse impact to utilities keine <br />supplied to the subject properties or to other properties. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board. through adoption of the attached resolution. release the drainage <br />and utility easement, as more particularly described in said resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Stanbridge, the <br />Board, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Adams absent) <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 2001-069 releasing <br />easements on Lots 2, 4 and 10 of a Replat of St. <br />Christopher Harbor Subdivision (Joan Koerner - <br />2155 Island Drive). <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 069 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />EASEMENTS ON LOTS 2, 4 AND 10 OF A REPLAT OF ST.
