RESOLUTION NO. 2001 a 070 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />AN EASEMENT ON LOT 6 OF A REPLAT OF ST. CHRISTOPHER HARBOR <br />SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot <br />6, Replat of St. Christopher Harbor Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />LESLIE C. MESTEMAKER (a.k.a. CRYSTAL B MESTEMAKER) <br />P.O. BOX 3782 <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32964 <br />her successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the rear yard twenty foot drainage and utility easement of Lot 6, Replat of St. Christopher <br />Harbor, being the south twenty feet of said Lot, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat <br />Book 9, Page 5 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht <br />by Commissioner ct� nhri ri9P and adopted on the , seconded <br />August 2001, by the following vote:-- day of <br />Commissioner Caroline D.
