The site is located in an AE special flood hazard zone , base flood elevation 22 . 3 ft. <br /> N. G . V . D . In the attached letter from the applicant ' s engineer dated August 29 , 2001 , a waiver of the <br /> cut and fill requirements is requested . The lot area is 1 . 08 acres .
