O . ) Approved by the Board of County Commissioners <br /> for the Prime/Horizon Outlet Center Development of Regional <br /> Impact (DRI . ) <br /> RESOLUTION NO . 2001 — 084 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br /> RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT ORDER <br /> (D . O .) APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR <br /> THE PRIME/HORIZON OUTLET CENTER DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL <br /> IMPACT (DRI) . <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 380 Florida Statutes , the <br /> Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County , Florida, adopted Resolution <br /> No . 98 -61 (Adopted June 2 , 1998 ; effective July 24, 1998 ) establishing the development <br /> order approving the Prime/Horizon Outlet center Development of Regional Impact <br /> (DRI) ; and <br /> WHEREAS , Prime Retail, L . P . , owner/developer of the project (Prime Outlets) <br /> has formally applied for and has agreed to certain changes to the development order, and <br /> has filed a Development of Regional Impact Application for Development Approval with <br /> Indian River County, Florida, in accordance with Section 380 . 06, Florida Statutes ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the authorized agents of the owner/developer are David S . Knight, <br /> P . E . and Ralph L . Evans, Trustee : and <br /> WHEREAS , the proposed development order changes include : extending certain <br /> project dates by four years , modifying certain traffic conditions , and reducing the DRI <br /> project size and intensity by removing a 1 . 35 acre "out parcel' that fronts S . R. 60 ; <br /> NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br /> Indian River County, Florida that : <br /> 1 . The Board of County commissioners finds that the proposed changes to the <br /> approved DRI development order do not constitute a substantial deviation <br /> pursuant to Chapter 380 . 06 of the Florida Statutes . <br /> September 11 , 2001 <br /> 27 <br />
