ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted the tentative <br />millage rate of 0.2839 for the Environmentally Sensitive Land <br />Acquisition Bond. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Tippin, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted the <br />tentative budget of $2,606,602 for the Environmentally <br />Sensitive Land Acquisition Bond. <br />6.A. 6. Aggregate Millage Rate <br />Administrator Chandler advised that this is for information only and no vote is <br />required. He announced that the proposed aggregate millage is 6.5865 which is 4.54% or <br />2.58 above the rollback rate of 6.3007. It is 3.3% below the current year's rate. <br />7. SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT BUDGET (NON -AD <br />VALOREM SPECIAL DISTRICT) <br />Administrator Chandler advised that the SWDD's proposed budget is $9,917,101, a <br />$210,454 increase, or an increase of 2.2%. Included within the increase is 1 proposed <br />additional position and a net decrease in capital expense. The proposed WGU residential <br />charge is $47.56 and is the same as current year The proposed WGU commercial charge <br />is $32.58, a reduction from the current year's rate. <br />September 11, 2002 <br />7 <br />• <br />
