<br /> Administrator Chandler announced the total proposed budget for this is $ 1 , 613 , 766 .
<br /> It is not subject to rollback . The proposed millage rate is . 1947 , which is 10 . 1 % less than
<br /> the current year ' s rate .
<br /> The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in
