ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2002-066 releasing a portion of an easement on <br />Lot 13, Block 1, Ixora Park Plat No. 7. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2002 - 066 IN THE RECORDS OF <br />JEFFREY K BARTON <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA. <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 13, BLOCK 1, IXORA PARK <br />PLAT NO. 7 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage easement on Lot 13, <br />Block 1, of Ixora Park Plat No. 7; and <br />WNFREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, 1'11.r;REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of <br />the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />Grantor, to <br />SUZANNE LINLEY <br />2334 1ST PL SW <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32962 <br />her successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the west six feet of the east fifteen feet of Lot 13, Block 1, Ixora .Park Subdivision Plat No. <br />7, less and except the north ten feet thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 36 of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />TFJTS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded <br />by Commissioner G1 nn , and adopted on the 1 7th day of <br />September 2002, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Ruth M.
