Hammond ' s Request to Rezone 30.34 Acres from RINIH- 8 to R-NI - 8 <br /> (RZON 2001 -07- 0010) <br /> It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners at its regular meeting of September 18 , 2001 . <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> This request is to rezone X30 . 34 acres from RMH - 8 , Mobile Home Residential District ( up to 8 <br /> units/acre), to RM- 8 , Multiple- Family Residential District (up to 8 units/acre) . Depicted in Figure <br /> 1 below , the subject property is located on the north side of 26h Street ( Walker Avenue) , <br /> approximately a quarter mile east of 74h Avenue (Range Line Road ) . <br /> The purpose of this request is to secure the zoning necessary to develop the site with multiple- family <br /> uses .
