<br /> on the east side of the subject property and sufficient internal lands apeCand tree
<br /> preservation to screen the plant from public view. The buffer between I- 95 and
<br /> the proposed retention area may be reduced to a 20 width, if necessary, with the
<br /> same planting density as a 2-512-0 aide Type "
