<br /> but she is disappointed with the noise statistics and will not be able to support the project .

<br /> the Motion passed by a 4 - 1 vote ( Commissioner
<br /> Adams opposed ) to approve the conceptual site plan
<br /> and the special exception use with the following
<br /> conditions : ( 1 ) that the applicant shall submit a
<br /> major site plan that provides a Type "A ” buffer on
<br /> the north , south and west sides of the subject
<br /> property and a Type " C " buffer on the east side of
<br /> the subject property and sufficient internal landscape
<br /> and tree preservation to screen the plant from public
<br /> view . The buffer between I - 95 and the proposed
<br /> retention area may be reduced to a 20 ' width if
<br /> necessary, with the same planting density as a 30 '
<br /> wide Type "A " buffer . The buffer segment to be
<br /> Ilk
<br /> located under the overhead tie - line can use lower
<br /> growing landscape species and clear "no planting "
<br /> area may be maintained around support structures
<br /> and underneath electrical equipment where such
<br /> clear areas are required for maintenance . All buffer
