The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard at this time <br />closed the public hearing. <br />S. <br />matter. <br />There being none, she <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted <br />the tentative millage rate of 2.3660 for the Emergency <br />Services District, as recommended by staff. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted <br />the tentative budget of $18,345,886 for the Emergency <br />Services District, as recommended by staff. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this <br />Frank Coffey questioned the provision of funds to pay for the additional $11,000,000 bonds <br />if they are issued, and Assistant County Administrator Joe Baird explained that the bonds will be <br />structured so that payment will be due the following year and those funds would appear in the next <br />fiscal year's budget. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard at this time.
