She announced the "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes" event scheduled for Saturday, <br />October 26, 2013, starting at 10:30 a.m., at the Indian River Mall, <br />S.B. PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATION DESIGNATING OCTOBER 6 THROUGH <br />OCTOBER 12, 2013, AS MENTAL ILLNESS A WARENESS WEEK IN INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Commissioner Zorc read and presented the Proclamation to Valerie Smith, President of <br />National Alliance Mental Illness (NAMI), and members of NAMI.
