SMITH <br />Clerk to the Board <br />October 1, 2013 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) met at the <br />County Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, October 1, <br />2013. Present were Chairman Joseph E. Flescher, Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis, and <br />Commissioners Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob Solari, and Tim Zorc. Also present were Assistant County <br />Administrator Michael Zito, County Attorney Dylan T. Reingold, and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair <br />Allen. <br />Chairman Flescher called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m. <br />15.B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — MEETING OF AUGUST 20, 2013 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the minutes.
