FIRE STATION 13 - DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF- WAY ALONG 4TH <br /> STREET AND 43RD AVENUE <br /> MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, <br /> SECONDED by Commissioner Davis, to approve staff' s <br /> recommendation. <br /> Commissioner Solari said that when the Emergency Services impact fees are <br /> reestablished, he would like the Emergency Services Department to receive a full credit, <br /> equivalent to the highest value of the right-of--way being dedicated to the County. <br /> Staff voiced accord, and Commissioner Flescher agreed to amend his Motion <br /> accordingly . <br /> MOTION WAS AMENDED by Commissioner Flescher, <br /> SECONDED by Commissioner Solari, to direct staff to set <br /> future impact fees for the Emergency Services District as <br /> low as possible on the future fire station and vehicle <br /> maintenance facility that will be constructed at the site . <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the Motion <br /> carried unanimously . The Board : ( 1 ) approved the <br /> dedication of the required right-of--way along both 4t` Street <br /> and 43 `d Avenue, and authorized the Chairman to execute <br /> the Quit-Claim Deed with the Emergency Services District <br /> of Indian River County, for recordation in the public <br /> records ; and (2) directed staff to set future impact fees for <br /> ki <br /> 143 PG 065 <br /> October 16, 2012 2 <br /> ESD <br />
