FOR 800 MHz REBANDING <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Incumbent Acknowledgement and authorized that <br />services identified on the invoice have been performed, as <br />requested in the memorandum of October 8, 2010. <br />AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.C. E911 STATE GRANT APPLICATION <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the E911 State Grant <br />Application, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />October 1, 2010. <br />FREQUENCY RECONFIGURATION AGREEMENT ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.D. GOLF CART FINANCING OPTIONS <br />Commissioner Davis voiced concern over the disposal of ten golf carts and using a <br />reserve. He thought it would benefit the County more if the carts were sold on an absolute basis. <br />Discussion and debate ensued regarding which fund should be used to purchase the carts, <br />the demand in the community for the used golf carts, the total cost of the annual interest rate at <br />October 19, 2010 <br />5 <br />
