COUNTY ATTORNEY MATTERS <br /> B.A. DEMOLITIONLIENS <br /> Attorney DeBraal reported that five dilapidated structures on five separate parcels have <br /> been demolished, and the lien amounts must be set for recordation in the public records . He <br /> affirmed that all of the property owners have been notified that the charges would be set at <br /> today ' s October 2, 2012 County Commission meeting, and asked the Board to approve the <br /> amounts as presented in his memorandum . <br /> Vice Chairman O ' Bryan invited any party in interest to address the Commission <br /> regarding the liens . There were no speakers . <br /> Commissioner Davis wanted to make sure the taxpayers recoup the demolition costs <br /> through collection of the County ' s liens, and that if a tax deed sale occurs, the County ' s lien is <br /> satisfied. <br /> Attorney DeBraal agreed to keep the Commissioner apprised of any tax deed sales on <br /> these parcels . <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br /> Vice Chairman O ' Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman <br /> Wheeler absent) , the Board : ( 1 ) approved the lien amounts <br /> for properties at 319 8`h Avenue S .
