In discussion, following the Motion, Commissioner O'Bryan inquired if the Motion <br />included the definition of electronic nicotine delivery devices, and upon clarification from <br />Attorney Reingold, the Motion was amended. <br />MOTION WAS AMENDED by Commissioner Solari, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner O'Bryan, to add the State <br />definition of electronic nicotine delivery devices. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the Motion, as <br />amended, carried unanimously. The Board adopted Ordinance <br />2013-016, as amended, to eliminate Section 313.04, the Selling and <br />Merchandising of Tobacco Products to Persons Under 18 Years of <br />Age, and adding the Florida Statutes definition of electronic <br />nicotine delivery devices. <br />Further discussion ensued by the Commissioners regarding the regulation of e -cigarettes <br />in regards to smoking in public places, and the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act. <br />10.B.
