Wheeler, Vice Chairman Peter D . O ' Bryan, and Commissioners <br /> Wesley S . Davis, Joseph E. Flescher, and Bob Solari . Also present were County Administrator <br /> Joseph A . Baird, County Attorney Alan S . Polackwich, Sr. , and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen. <br /> Chairman Wheeler called the meeting to order at 11 : 49 a. m . <br /> 15. B. 1.
