Managing Director Himanshu Mehta, Solid Waste Disposal District, explained that Work <br /> Order No 29 is the completion of an existing work order from several years of groundwater <br /> monitoring, and that there is currently a new Work Order in progress because of a State <br /> requirement to sample the wells every six months . <br /> Commissioner Davis asked Director Mehta to consider conducting the well monitoring <br /> in-house . <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br /> Motion carried unanimously . The Board approved for <br /> payment Geosyntec ' s final invoice for Work Order No . <br /> 29, in the amount of $ 1 , 177 . 00 , as recommended in the <br /> memorandum of October 15 , 2012 . <br /> i <br /> I <br /> 15. BA AGREEMENT FOR EASEMENTS AND WAIVER OF TIPPING FEES <br /> WITHINDMNRIVER FARMS WATER CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> I <br /> Deputy County Attorney William DeBraal pointed out that there is an existing Florida <br /> i <br /> gas line near or under one of the easements that the County will be receiving from the Indian <br /> River Farms Water Control District .
