MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman O'Bryan, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Davis, to approve the <br />proposed contract, in form, with Guardian Community <br />Resource Management, Inc., for administration of a <br />Neighborhood Revitalization Community Development <br />Block Grant, and authorize the Chairman to execute same <br />upon formal written acknowledgement from the <br />Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), as <br />recommended in the memorandum of December 16, 2011. <br />Capital Projects Manager Michael Hotchkiss reiterated that the letter stating that Indian <br />River County would be funded for the project was received on January 3, 2012. He said he <br />would be bringing the contract for the Board to accept the grant back in about two weeks. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />DOCUMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />13.
