Commissioners sought and received information regarding SJRWMD's scheduled public <br />meetings, and requested that a meeting regarding the Water Supply Plan be held here in Indian <br />River County. <br />Mr. Gross said he would take the request to his District Management. <br />A lengthy discussion ensued regarding the plan and looking to 2035's water supply; <br />seawater desalination; surface water storage; examining the southern boundaries of Region Four <br />and how to flow the rainwater north instead of south; keeping the rainwater from going into the <br />lagoon; funding for preliminary design projects; and educational concepts pertaining to water <br />usage. <br />6.
