NATIONAL ESTUARY GRANT PROPOSAL - REQUEST TO APPLY <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously <br />authorized staff to submit a request to the Indian River <br />Lagoon National Estuary Program for grant funding for <br />total maximum daily load (TMDL) reduction projects at <br />the West Regional Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) <br />wetland treatment system, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of January 8, 2014. <br />9.
