SMITH <br />Clerk to the Board <br />January 15, 2013 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, January 15, 2013. <br />Present were Chairman Joseph E Flescher, Vice Chairman Wesley S Davis, and Commissioners <br />Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob Solari, and Tim Zorc. Also present were County Administrator Joseph <br />A. Baird, County Attorney Alan S. Polackwich, Sr., and Deputy Clerk Maureen Gelfo. <br />Chairman Flescher called the meeting to order at 10:34 a.m. <br />15.B.1. WORK ORDER NO. 6 TO CDM SMITH, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />WITH THE 2013 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Solari, the Board unanimously approved <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute Work Order No. 6 <br />with CDM Smith, Inc., in the amount of $46,890, to <br />provide engineering services related to the Annual <br />Financial Reports, as recommended in the memorandum <br />of January 4, 2013. <br />January 15, 2013 <br />SWDD <br />X43 PG 3$$ <br />
