He relayed that the proposed tower compound would consist of a 180' <br />monopole tower, equipment shelter, and electrical equipment, with fencing and landscaping <br />improvements around the perimeter of the compound. After providing further description and <br />analysis, Director Boling presented the recommendations of staff and the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission (P & Z) for the Board to grant special exception use approval for the County EMS <br />Tower, with the conditions listed in staff's report. <br />January 17, 2012 4 <br />BK 141PG885 <br />
