Swan ' s request for <br /> the Board to approve the rollback of $ 13 , 578 . 00 of Municipal General Election revenues into the <br /> 2010/2011 budget. <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis , SECONDED by <br /> Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br /> to roll $ 13 , 578 . 00 of Municipal General Elections <br /> Revenues into the 2010/2011 budget for the Elections <br /> Office , as requested in the letter of January 4 , 2011 . <br /> 9. B. DERYL LOAR, INDIANRIVER COUNTYSHERIFF <br /> BUDGETAMENDMENT <br /> Sheriff Deryl Loar requested approval to use $ 33 , 250 . 00 of proceeds garnered at a public <br /> auction of surplus property and vehicles, to acquire new like-kind property within Fiscal Year <br /> 2010/2011 . He noted that the Department had been able to affect further budget reductions by <br /> taking sixteen automobiles off of the insurance roll . <br /> ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Wheeler, SECONDED <br /> by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br /> for the Sheriff' s Office to use $ 33 ,250 . 00 of proceeds <br /> garnered at a public auction of surplus property and <br /> vehicles , to acquire new like-kind property within Fiscal <br /> 14 <br /> January 18 , 2011 <br />
