REQUEST TO SPEAK FROM FRED MENSING REGARDING RESOLUTION <br /> TO A VOID LAWSUIT <br /> Fred Mensing, 7580 1291h Street, Roseland, presented to each Commissioner a written <br /> settlement demand (copy on file) regarding his complaints about certain County actions, <br /> practices, and employees . He conveyed that if a suitable response is not received by February 1 , <br /> 2011 , lawsuits , for an amount not to exceed $ 10 million, will be filed directly against the five <br /> Commissioners and four County staff members . <br /> Chairman Solari advised Mr. Mensing that the County Attorney would be handling this <br /> matter. <br /> 10.
