As presented in Figure X-1, the red horizontal line represents the <br />maximum technically acceptable fee. Although the County may charge the maximum <br />amount of transportation impact fee calculated, if the historical levels of non -impact fee <br />funding were to be continued, the County could adopt the impact fee at approximately 90 <br />percent for all land uses and continue to maintain theyadopted:ALOS standard. <br />Alternatively, if the County adopts the residential land uses at 100 percent, the fees for non- <br />residential land uses could be reduced byuwto„55percent(or ado Pat 45 percent)to <br />p\. p <br />maintain the adopted LOS standard.
