Public Buildings <br />Public buildings impact fees are used to fund the land purchases and capital construction <br />and expansion of facilities and capital equipment required to support the additional <br />government service demand created by growth. <br />• <br />There are several major elements associated with the development of the administrative <br />facilities impact fee. This includes the square footage of <br />both primary and support 'buildings. Support facilities are defined as trailers, facilities <br />without air-conditioning, facilities that are unlikelyto be occupied <br />g,�� p' by personnel. <br />Table IV -1 shows a summary of the public buildings inventory and the current value of <br />buildings and land.
