Chairman Flescher opened the floor for nomination for Member from the Community at <br />Large for the Enterprise Zone Development Agency. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan nominated Chris Russell. Vice <br />Chairman Davis seconded the nomination. <br />There were no other nominations. The Chairman closed the floor for nominations. <br />The Chairman CALLED FOR THE VOTE on the <br />nomination of Chris Russell, and the Board unanimously <br />accepted the nomination, and appointed Chris Russell for <br />Member from the Community at Large for the Enterprise <br />Zone Development Agency. <br />Commissioner Davis exited the meeting. <br />14.
