O ' Bryan, and Commissioners Wesley S . Davis, Joseph E . <br /> Flescher, and Bob Solari . Chairman Gary C . Wheeler was absent. Also present were County <br /> kW Administrator Joseph A . Baird, County Attorney Alan S . Polackwich, Sr. , and Deputy Clerk Leona <br /> Adair Allen , <br /> Vice Chairman O ' Bryan called the meeting to order at 10 : 27 a. m . <br /> 1 S. B. I.
