He also disagreed with certain <br />statements in the document including the declaration that "the only way for liberty to prosper is <br />to keep and maintain a limited government," because his experience has shown that in hard <br />economic times, the public wants more from local government in terms of service. <br />Commissioner Solari explained that he felt it was appropriate to say that Indian River <br />County has withdrawn from the Seven50, and that the County pays the fees, not the <br />municipalities. <br />A brief discussion followed as Commissioners O'Bryan and Solari spoke to their views <br />on the concept of limited government <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and by a 4-1 <br />vote (Chairman O'Bryan opposed), the Motion carried. <br />14.
