Deputy Sheriff's Bond for Howard L. O'Steen in the sum of One <br />Thousand ($1,000.) <br />warrants' <br />Dollars with St. Paul Mercury <br />Indemnity Company as Surety was approved. <br />in.the Supplemental Minute Book, as <br />provided <br />A petition <br />signed by Dr. B. Q. Waddell, Jr. and 9 or 10 other <br />affected property <br />being <br />owners was filed with the <br />Board requesting a road by opened connecting 20th Avenue with the <br />Old Dixie Highway running <br />East and West through Sections 13 and 14, Township <br />33 S., Range <br />monthly statement, showing receipts and <br />39 East, stating that in <br />their opinion this road is necessary in connecting <br />the entire area <br />audited, were found to be correct. <br />West of 20th Avenue with <br />the Highway because the only connections at present <br />are 19th Street <br />on motioti made, seconded and carried, <br />and the Oslo Road. <br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Warren and carried, E. E. <br />Carter was authorized and instructed to proceed with the procuring of necessary right-of-way <br />for the above requested road. <br />E. E. Carter was instructed to follow through on the lawn and landscaping of <br />the grounds for the new County Health Center. <br />Notary Public Bond for Camille W. Knight in the sum of $500.00 with American <br />Surety Company of New York as surety was approved on April 24, 1953 by Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />of.Circuit Court as provided by law. <br />Notary Public Bond.for Dora Belle Holman in the sum of $500.00 with St. Paul <br />Mercury Indemnity Company as surety was approved April 30, 1953, by Douglas Baker, Clerk of <br />Circuit Court as provided by law. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were <br />examined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such <br />Bills and Accounts being on file in the office <br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the <br />warrants' <br />so issued from the respective funds being listed <br />in.the Supplemental Minute Book, as <br />provided <br />by the rules of the State .Auditor, reference to <br />such record and the list so recorded <br />being <br />made a part of these minutes. <br />The County Depository filed its <br />monthly statement, showing receipts and <br />dis= <br />bursements of the various funds, which have been <br />audited, were found to be correct. <br />There being no further business, <br />on motioti made, seconded and carried, <br />the <br />Board then adjourned. <br />CHAIR <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK <br />TUESDAY.
