SMITH <br />Clerk to the Board <br />January 8, 2013 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES OF <br />JANUARY 8, 2013 <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, January 8, 2013. <br />Present were Chairman Joseph E Flescher, Vice Chairman Wesley S Davis, and Commissioners <br />Peter D O'Bryan, Bob Solari, and Tim Zorc. Also present were County Administrator Joseph A. <br />Baird, County Attorney Alan S. Polackwich, Sr., and Deputy Clerk Maria I. Suesz. <br />Chairman Flescher called the meeting to order at 10:58 a.m. <br />15.B. SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />15.B.1.
