ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman <br />Davis absent), the Board approved the Solid Waste <br />Disposal District minutes of September 10, 2013, <br />September 17, 2013, and October 1, 2013, as written. <br />15.B.4. Amendment No. 3 to Republic Services for Rain Flap Removal <br />Project & Approval to Install Fleetzoom Monitoring System <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman <br />Davis absent), the Board: 1) approved the Third <br />Amendment to Republic Services Landfill Contract to <br />administer the Rain Flap Removal Project, utilizing <br />American Environmental Group, at a not to exceed total <br />project price of $18,837.50, allowing Republic Services to <br />install the Fleetzoom Monitoring System; 2) authorized <br />staff to direct purchase the back-up leachate pump; and 3) <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the same, as <br />recommended in the memorandum dated October 31, <br />2013. <br />15.B.5. Work Order No. 8 to Geosvntec for Construction Services for the <br />Rain Flap Removal Project <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman <br />Davis absent), the Board approved and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute Work Order No. 8 to Geosyntec <br />Consultants, Inc. to provide Construction Quality <br />November 12,2013 <br />Solid Waste Disposal District <br />Nave <br />..r <br />BK 144 PG 576 <br />
