SMITH <br />Clerk to the Board <br />November 19, 2013 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, November 19, 2013. <br />Present were Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis, and Commissioners <br />Joseph E Flescher, Bob Solari, and Tim Zorc. Also present were County Administrator Joseph <br />A. Baird, County Attorney Dylan Reingold, and Deputy Clerk Maureen Gelfo. <br />Chairman O'Bryan called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m. <br />15.13.1. FINAL PAY FOR CDM SMITH WORK ORDER No. 6 - ANNUAL <br />PERMITTING SERVICES 2013 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Solari, the Board approved for payment <br />CDM Smith Inc.'s final invoice in the amount of <br />$9,202.50, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />November 12, 2013. <br />November 19, 2013 1 <br />SWDD <br />81{ 144PG621 <br />
