9. <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the 'Wn Amendment <br />of Agreement for Professional Services between Indian <br />River County and The Conservation Fund Charitable <br />Trust", as recommended in the memorandum of October <br />31, 2011. <br />DOCUMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />AGENCIES <br />Tax Collector Carole Jean Jordan began her presentation by introducing new Chief of <br />Staff Brenda Doninger, and Finance Director Eve Prete. She provided an overview of the <br />agency's operations and budgets, highlighting changes that have occurred since their office <br />became a Driver License and Motor Vehicle Service Center, Ms. Jordan explained that at the <br />end of the fiscal year, the Tax Collector's office returns any excess funds to the County, and <br />presented to the Board a facsimile of a check for $2,979,383.68. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously accepted: <br />(1) the Tax Collector's Annual Fiscal Report for the <br />Fiscal Year ended September 30, 2011; and (2) the Report <br />of Distribution of Excess Fees for Fiscal Year ended <br />September 30, 2011 as requested in the memorandum of <br />October 285 2011. <br />
