Director Boling provided further information on the zoning designations under which the <br />drive-through facilities would be permitted. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Davis, to approve staffs <br />recommendation. <br />Chairman O'Bryan was opposed to the LDR amendment, voicing concerns about <br />"commercial creep," and operating hours that might be disruptive to the residents of the <br />developments. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a 4-1 <br />vote (Chairman O'Bryan opposed), the Motion carried. <br />The Board adopted Ordinance 2013-021, concerning <br />amendments to its Land Development Regulations <br />(LDRs); providing for amendments to Chapter 915, <br />Planned Development (P.D.)
