( 1 ) the Future Land Use Element; (2) the <br /> Recreation and Open Space Element; and (3 ) the Potable Water Sub-Element. He announced <br /> that the Planning and Zoning Commission had reviewed and recommended approval of the <br /> proposed revisions, and that staff supports the amendments based on the changes in <br /> circumstances, and to ensure that the Comprehensive Plan remains current and applicable. <br /> The Chairman opened the Public Hearing.
