26th Street. He explained the criteria and process of locating a new site location. He felt that <br /> since the City of Vero Beach is unwilling to accept landscape maintenance responsibilities at the <br /> proposed 17th Street location, and since the current site works fairly well, the Board should reject <br /> the proposal for the 17th Street draft transit hub lease and direct staff to apply the Bus Livability <br /> Grant Program funding to the existing site for transit improvements. <br /> Director Matson responded to the Commissioners ' questions and concerns regarding the <br /> current and the new proposed site, landscape maintenance issues, and future hub improvements . <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br /> Commissioner O ' Bryan, the Board unanimously refected <br /> the draft Transit Hub Lease for the 17th Street site, and <br /> directed staff to explore applying the Bus Livability Grant <br /> Program funding to making transit improvements to the <br /> existing site at the County Administration Building, as <br /> recommended in the memorandum of December 10, 2012 . <br /> 12.A Z SEVEN50 <br /> (Clerks Note: This item was addressed following Item 8.
